Gentlemen,

Does God still have “plans” for Israel?  This is a curious question, especially in light of current world events.  Romans chapter 11 gives broad brush strokes to this “plan.” To help you discover some answers, consider the following questions for the first several verses.

1. What four reasons does Paul enumerate in vv. 1-5 to make the case that God has not rejected Israel?
2. Define “grace” (v. 6).  Use biblical support.
3. In what ways are people “hardened”? … Why?  (v. 7)
4. How has Israel’s “transgression” brought salvation to the Gentiles?  (vv. 11-15)
