Gentlemen,

“And rising very early in the morning, while it was still dark, He departed and went out to a desolate place, and there He prayed.” ~ Mark 1:35

This was a normal, repeated, disciplined habit practiced by Jesus, our Savior and Lord.  I urge you to incorporate similar times of solitude and fellowship into your rhythm of life.
